Cellmania created an application that would enable people to create their own wireless (WAP) sites. Cellmania created a full-featured desktop version, as well as this mobile version with some limited functions due to input constrictions of the phone.
I first created a thorough use model to ensure every detail of interaction was covered. On the majority of phones, the interface is extremely small, provides limited link selections, and makes input very difficult via the keypad. Therefore, all interaction had to be very simplistic and always provide a "back" ability. Web-enabled phones typically have "soft keys," which are two or more keys with set functions (like "back") or functions that correspond to ones assigned in the application. The links in the lower part of these shots (OK, Cancel, Home) refer to these soft keys.
For better visualization of tasks, I created the desktop version of the application first. Then I created a visual HTML flow for the phone processes. These flows were then given to developers to implement.

After logging in, the user selects a site to edit. Initial site creation is done on the desktop.

Step one in listing a phone number on the site.

The user selects which elements to be shown on his V-card, which a site visitor can choose to email to themselves.

The main page for a mobile site. Users can add, edit, delete, or change the order of elements.
