Who:Cellmania, Inc.
What:eGain sales force application
When:2001
Roles:Interaction design, process flows, graphic design, HTML prototyping

eGain needed a way for their sales team to submit client assessments and leads while still in the field. Cellmania built both a web application and mobile version to run on the Hewlett Packard Jornada PocketPC.

I studied the interaction model and read usability studies of the device, which indicated difficulty in the input of text. Next, I created process flows, then built a prototype of the application that minimized text input by utilizing checkboxes, dropdown lists, and radio buttons as much as possible. Mockups were then given to developers to implement.
