The engineering team in Bangalore had built an intranet for partners to upload their listings in bulk and manage feeds and individual records. It was created without a designer so many of the tasks lacked an intuitive flow. I reorganized the architecture of the existing partner and administrator portals, grouped like components and functionalities, created a more helpful "dashboard" for the homepage, and gave it a complete visual overhaul based on a new design system being developed for the main Real Estate site. I designed a new traffic statistics feature and offered suggestions for tightening the user experience of editing account and record information via an in-line edit function.
