Who:Cellmania, Inc.
What:mStore ecommmerce sites
When:2000-01
Roles:Project manager, interaction design, process flows, graphic design, HTML prototyping

Based on Cellmania's own ecommerce site architecture, mStore was marketed to wireless product companies and carriers who wanted a online storefront. The mStore could be developed with a standard setup using Cellmania's products and services or customized with the client's specified set.

The initial mStore site was created for Cellmania. I reorganized and redefined the user tasks of the previous Cellmania store and created a use model with interaction details. For subsequent mStores built for external clients, I acted as project manager, working with the client contact to write specs, organizing the development team and project schedule, guiding a visual designer to create graphic elements, and working along with the QA team to verify site integrity. Among the clients I helped to develop sites for were Motorola (internal site for Motorola employees), American Wireless, Office Depot, and Excite.
